Bridal Meyhem provides wedding and event planning, design, and coordination services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for your event are defined in a separate written service agreement. In the event of a conflict, your signed service agreement controls.

2. Inquiries & Consultations

Submitting a form or inquiry does not create a binding contract or reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only upon a signed service agreement and any required retainer.

3. Booking, Payments & Retainers

• A non-refundable retainer may be required to reserve your date.
• Remaining balances are due according to the schedule in your service agreement.
• Dates are not held until the retainer is received and the agreement is signed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any non-refundable amounts, are set out in your service agreement. Third-party vendor deposits are subject to those vendors' own policies.

5. Third-Party Vendors

We may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors (venues, florists, photographers, etc.). We are not responsible for the products or services delivered by independent vendors, and any contracts with them are between you and the vendor.

6. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content on this site is owned by Bridal Meyhem or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our website and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridal Meyhem is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the services at issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Bridal Meyhem operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
